Free support

Any person downloading our tooling has a right to support; based on fair use, we provide this support to anyone. Just drop us a note if you encounter any issues with the tooling or have ideas for new features etc.

Installation / maintenance support

Our team provides installation and maintenance services. As founders and experts in the field we can diagnose and set up everything faster than anyone and we are capable of detecting issues across many systems as we do. We provide a support package for this purpose. Please mail us with your wishes and we will discuss the options.

SLA

As our team provides 24/7 support, we can offer SLA packages. This means that we guarantee certain response times and windows within we offer solutions to alleviate the problems.
